Christopher is a graduate of Southern Methodist University and joins The Mayflower after an extensive career working with industry trend-setters, including the acclaimed Think Food Group where he managed restaurant concepts in Miami and Chicago. Christopher’s passion for the culinary arts began early in life when he would accompany his father, a chef-turned-restaurant-manager, at the dining establishments where he worked. Continuing the family tradition, he enjoys cooking with his wife and their two children in his free time. At The Mayflower, Christopher is committed to leading The Mayflower hospitality team as they strive to redefine senior living dining.
