Brian Devine became a member of The Mayflower team in 2018 as the Director of Nursing. Brian has been an RN for 15 years and has 11 years of experience as a highly-skilled and committed leader in senior living. He has a hands-on approach and enjoys working with our residents, families, and team members to ensure continuity of care and a great quality of life. As DON, Brian is responsible for leading and supervising a nursing unit. He is ultimately responsible for the care received by residents. He is charged with directing the nursing program, including implementing new policies and procedures when necessary. Brian is dedicated to his mission at The Mayflower and his family, his wife and two children.
