Candy Bowling is the Chief Financial Officer of The Mayflower, hired in May 2020. Candy oversees all aspects of the Mayflower, including financial reporting, budgets, billing, regulatory reporting, audits, actuarial work, pricing, taxes, and financing. Before coming to The Mayflower, she served as Chief Financial Officer for Vicar’s Landing, a CCRC in Northeast Florida, and Carlton Cove, a start-up CCRC in Huntsville, Alabama. Candy earned her B.S. with majors in accounting (1990), management (1982), and marketing (1982) from the University of Alabama in Huntsville. When not working, Candy most enjoys play dates with her three granddaughters.
