Kim Arunakul, Assisted Living Administrator, has been with The Mayflower since August 2008. Kim currently manages the Assisted Living Facility and her position includes supervising and managing the assisted living program operations, including personnel functions and direct care while maintaining regulatory and statutory requirements. Kim enjoys making personal connections with residents and families to enrich the quality of care at the community. Originally from St. Louis, Missouri, Kim began her career in healthcare after moving to Jacksonville, Florida, in 2005 and working at Baptist Health Medical Center Behavioral Health Unit. Kim received a Bachelor of Science with a minor in Psychology from Missouri State University. Kim is also CORE-certified by the state of Florida, a Certified Dementia Practitioner, and a Best Friends Master Trainer.
