Elvis Burrows is a University of Kentucky graduate with a double master’s degree in Hospitality Management & Tourism, and Nutrition & Dietetics Administration. His passion for food and hospitality began from a young age learning to cook from his mother and business analytics from his father. Like most teenagers, he was introduced to the job world by working summer jobs at Burger King. After college, Elvis got his first management job at a small country club and worked his way up through various hospitality ventures such as restaurants, bars, nightclubs, and luxury hotels. He eventually became the COO of a hospitality management company in Orlando before finding his home at The Mayflower. Elvis has also had a successful career as a professional swimmer, competing in the Olympics and multiple World Championships for The Bahamas and holds multiple national records to this day.
