Heather Miller joined The Mayflower at Winter Park as Director of Lifestyles in 2026, bringing more than 15 years of experience in event management, hospitality, and community engagement. Throughout her career, Heather has led the planning and execution of large-scale events, developed meaningful resident and client experiences, and built strong relationships through thoughtful, people-centered programming.

Prior to joining The Mayflower, Heather held leadership roles in sales, marketing and event operations, where she successfully managed complex programs, streamlined processes and delivered high-impact experiences for diverse audiences. Her background blends creativity with strategic execution, allowing her to design engaging lifestyle programs that foster connection, enrichment and a strong sense of community.

Heather earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Management from the University of Central Florida. She is passionate about creating vibrant, inclusive environments where residents can thrive and enjoy meaningful, fulfilling experiences. Outside of work, Heather enjoys spending time with her family, playing board games and planning her next cruise.
