The Mayflower provides an on-site, 60-bed, state-licensed, Medicare-approved Health Center
that has
met the highest standards — receiving both the coveted
5-Star rating from Florida’s Agency for Health Care Administration and the Governor’s Gold Seal Award for demonstrated excellence in long-term care. Staffed by dedicated professionals, like The Mayflower's Director of Health Services, Don Spalding — a gerontologist with more than 24 years of long-term care experience — the Health Center meets both short-term and long-term nursing care needs. Special services like physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and audiology are available on-site, as are individualized daily activity programs.
