At The Mayflower, we are exceptionally proud that we have one of the most impressive employee retention rates in the country. While employee retention at LPCs nationwide hovers between only 15% and 20% annually, ours remains consistent at more than 85% — a testament to the friendly, comfortable, and stable atmosphere we’ve created.

Since 1989, when our first residents began calling The Mayflower home, we have been the standard bearer for Senior Living in Central Florida — offering a safe, protective, stress-free environment with an active lifestyle and luxury amenities. Here, residents find genuine peace of mind — not only in the assurance of guaranteed long-term healthcare, but also in a support system where neighbors are friendly, vibrant, interesting, and engaged … and staff are dedicated, experienced, and caring.
